how you manage your project

in my opinion manage the project is one difficult things. but everybody must being the Manager, am i right?so how could you do to be a good, better and best manager to finish up you project? can we share that??ok please welcome to give your opinion...thak...:D

which better,Macromedia Dreamweaver or Microsoft Frontpage for develope the web?

Salam everybody?? how are you today? i've fever for last 2 week, so hurt you know, because i 've a nerve fever, in malay it' talk "demam urat" hehehe..so just want to share with u about my self.
i ' ve problem here, i want to develop my own web site, but i confused to choosing the program...can u anybody give a comment with my post...
